Data storage is handled via Supabase on EU-based servers.

6. App Usage & Content Delivery

When using the Fistmode app, the following data may be processed:

• Usage data (e.g. played audio sessions)
• Push notifications
• Device-related information

Audio content is delivered via a Content Delivery Network (CDN).

7. AI-Generated Audio Content

The audio coaching voices used within the Fistmode app are generated using artificial intelligence technology.

They do not represent real individuals and are not live or personal trainers.

The content is designed for motivational and entertainment purposes only.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed exclusively via:

• Apple In-App Purchases
• Google Play Billing

We do not receive or store full payment details such as credit card numbers.

9. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Due to the use of external services (e.g. Google, TikTok), personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR using appropriate safeguards.
